Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Future Wealth Academy platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service in any way. Future Wealth Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Course access and personal use

When you purchase or enrol in a course on Future Wealth Academy, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not: • Share your account credentials with any other person • Distribute, reproduce, or re-publish course materials — in whole or in part — without our express written permission • Use course content to create competing educational products or services • Screen-record, download, or archive paid course content except where explicitly permitted • Allow others to access your account or course content on your behalf

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a premium course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To request a refund, contact us at support@futurewealthacademy.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds are not available if: • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date • You have completed more than 80% of the course content • The refund request is for the same course as a previous refund

Free courses do not qualify for refunds as no payment has been made.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Future Wealth Academy platform for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations • To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material (spam) • To impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any connected system • To upload or transmit any material that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code • To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • To collect or harvest any data from the Service using automated means without our express permission • To use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it

Intellectual property

All content on Future Wealth Academy — including but not limited to text, course materials, videos, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Future Wealth Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
